The Research Team
The research team of the study of the psychological consequences of abuse in Viennese foster care homes consists of experts with experience in the field of research of institutional abuse and trauma (completed projects). All the staff members are qualified clinical and health psychologists, most of them are also practitioners besides their academic employment.

Scientific Committee
Prof. Dr. Marina Ajdukovic, psychologist, University of Zagreb. Prof. Ajdukovic works in the field of Social Work in the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb. She is an internationally acknowledged expert on psychotraumatology, with a particular research focus on the long-term consequences of abuse. In this area of research she has directed various international studies and projects.
Prof. Dr. med. Ulrich Schnyder, psychiatrist, University Hospital Zurich. Prof. Schnyder is the Director of the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at the University Hospital Zurich. He is an internationally acknowledged expert on the treatment of long-term consequences of psychological trauma and has directed various large studies and projects on, inter alia, abuse and violence.
